Ullucci Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy's Personal Training program is designed to give the client a one on one and focused training session. If your goal is to learn more about resistance training & conditioning, to lose a few pounds or just tone up this program has what you are looking for and then more. What separates our personal training program from the others is that our Personal Trainers are all college educated in the field of exercise science or a related disciplines. We pride ourselves on instructing proper technique while educating our client on the health benefits and injury preventative benefits to a well planed out training program.
Each training session lasts one hour and consists of and is not limited to some of the following:

- Cardiovascular training
